Below are the scheduled events related to artificial intelligence at UCF:
- AI Day: a daylong conference-style event for faculty, staff, and students at UCF to learn about AI and its applications. There are beginner/basics breakout sessions as well as more advanced ones. This event takes place each fall semester.
- Training: we offer several types of training, which include scheduled workshops through HR/Workday, scheduled workshops for students via survey sign-up, pre-recorded workshops housed on YouTube, and custom workshops for faculty and staff groups upon request.
- “Teaching and Learning with AI” Conference: Our premiere event, this international conference welcomes about a thousand participants each summer. It’s a sharing conference, with emphasis on teaching practices over research–and presentations are kept short to maximize the gathering of tips. Attendees are front-line faculty, librarians, and faculty support units on college campuses.
