No. This is an in-person event. No portion of it will be live-streamed or recorded.

Yes. Your ticket includes access to all the interactive and poster sessions, as well as the keynote address.

We recommend staying at the Intercity Hotel Breda, which is a 20-minute walk from Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas), where the conference is located. Please see the Location section on the main page for more information.

We will not be providing shuttles to the hotel or to surrounding hotels. Depending on where you stay, you can walk, use a driving service/public transportation, or drive.

Reporting Mechanism: Should any participant have concerns or wish to report a breach of this code, they are encouraged to confidentially contact the conference organizers.

Response Protocol: The conference committee will promptly and discreetly investigate any reports of misconduct. Appropriate actions, including warnings or removal from the conference, will be taken based on the findings.
