Tickets are valid 7 days before, during, and 7 days after the meeting dates. To enter a park, both a park reservation and valid ticket on the same day are required. To make park reservations, you will need to sign-in to an existing Disney® Account or create a new one and link each ticket. Hotel Information

For our conference, we recommend that our attendees stay onsite at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.

A unique hotel booking rate is available for conference attendees:

“The rates for [this] event are $249.00 single/double occupancy for standard run of house rooms, plus $45 nightly resort fee added to the group rate (these rates are subject to applicable taxes, currently our tax is 14.5%). Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit of one night’s room plus tax at the time of booking; deposits are refundable for cancellations 5 days prior to their arrival date.”

Reservations are available until Wednesday, May 20, 2026 or until capacity has been reached.

Please be aware that traffic may be busier due to the Disney and Universal traffic.

Parking

• A 25% discount is available for self-parking attendees only. All guests will get the 25% discount self-parking rate ($30+ tax per night), and valet parking will be the standard rate of $52+ tax.
• All guests can park in the parking garage or near the convention center. For attendees staying at the hotel, you will pay for parking at check out. For those driving in each day, you will pay as you go out of the parking garage/parking lot.
• Attendants will be available at the parking gates to validate your ticket to receive the discount.

Shuttle Services

The Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando does offer a complimentary shuttle service to Walt Disney World theme parks and to Disney Springs, included as part of the daily resort fee. Guests can reserve shuttle tickets at the Concierge Desk.

While transportation to Disney theme parks and Disney Springs is complimentary, rides to Universal Orlando or SeaWorld are not included but can be arranged at the concierge for a fee (e.g., via Mears, Uber, Lyft). Note: There is no official Disney-branded shuttle between Gaylord Palms and Disney resorts, but the resort’s shuttle makes reaching Disney accessible before you can connect to Disney’s own internal transportation system, if needed.

Food

While lunch and breakfast will be served most days of the conference, you’ll also need to plan for dinner on your own!
