Tickets are valid 7 days before, during, and 7 days after the meeting dates. To enter a park, both a park reservation and valid ticket on the same day are required. To make park reservations, you will need to sign-in to an existing Disney® Account or create a new one and link each ticket. Airport information
To get to Orlando by air, you will need to fly into MCO. It is located about 25 minutes from the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.
From there, you can take the FL-417 Toll South (includes tolls) by rental car or Uber to reach the hotel.
Please be aware that traffic may be busier than normal due to “Disney traffic”.
Hotel Information
Our conference will be held at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.
Reservations for the block rate have sold out!
If you would like to reserve a room at the hotel, you can still reserve using the regular hotel rate. If you encounter any issues, you may contact the hotel’s reservation team at 877-491-0442.

Parking
Set your GPS to 6000 W Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34746.
Staying at Gaylord Palms:
- Your parking charges will be added to your hotel bill. You are able to go in/out from the parking lot throughout by using your hotel room key. Your parking bill will be added to your overall guest room bill. Expect a 25% discount if you selected self-parking (off a normal $40/night plus tax bill), but valet parking is charged at the normal $52+ tax per night.
Driving In:
- From Osceola Parkway, follow the signs to convention center parking on the right side of the property (West Parking Gate on this map). Take a ticket and head into the self-parking garage. There will be a parking booth near the ballroom where you can validate your ticket for a 25% discount for around $32 (normally $40+ tax). If you miss it, just let the attendant at the exit gate know you’re with the conference and they will apply the discount. Expect to pay each day on your way out.
Shuttle Services
The Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando does offer a complimentary shuttle service to Walt Disney World theme parks and to Disney Springs, included as part of the daily resort fee. Guests can reserve shuttle tickets at the Concierge Desk.
While transportation to Disney theme parks and Disney Springs is complimentary, rides to Universal Orlando or SeaWorld are not included but can be arranged at the concierge for a fee (e.g., via Mears, Uber, Lyft). Note: There is no official Disney-branded shuttle between Gaylord Palms and Disney resorts, but the resort’s shuttle makes reaching Disney accessible before you can connect to Disney’s own internal transportation system, if needed.

Food
While lunch and breakfast will be served most days of the conference, you’ll also need to plan for dinner on your own!
